Here at Bunny Loves Evie we take privacy and confidentiality very seriously. Your credit card details are linked directly to Paypal, not our site. The risks of buying from this site are very minimal. We will not share or disclose any information about you with a third person. We only ask for your name and address details so we can give you the very best service possible. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card via Paypal.


SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Most of the items we sell are handcrafted by ourselves to the highest of standards for you as an individual. Because of this we aim to get our products posted out to you within 4 weeks ~ sooner if we possibly can! As everything is handcrafted, no two items are exactly the same so the item you order from us will NOT be identical to the photo you see online. It will be as near a copy as possible.
When you first place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us to check all the details of your order are correct. You must check these details within 48 hours as any mistakes after this time cannot be rectified. You will then receive a further email from us to let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery is made by Royal Mail and all items will be sent by recorded delivery, so a signiture will be required upon receipt. All items will have proof of postage.







We will offer a refund or exchange on unsuitable pieces ordered. They must be returned to us in mint condition by recorded delivery within 7 days. We must however be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of the item for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be minus postage costs and we have a further 10% admin charge to cover our Paypal fees. If the item is not returned within the 7 day period then we will not be able to offer you a refund. You will be offered an exchange instead. Money will be credited to you when we receive the item and we are happy with the condition.
Our refund and exchange policy only applies to items bought from the website as they appear. Any bespoke items (including items made in a different colourway)cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please therefore choose your colours carefully.. we offer sample beads so you can choose the exact colour. Earrings are always non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
If any items are found to be damaged on receipt, a full refund will be given or an exchange. All we ask is that you contact us within 48 hours to let us know. If these damaged items are not declared within the 48 hours then we can only repair or replace the item like for like. Please check your items as soon as you receive them.
